Arkada Business Park now with a planning permission
On 8.10.2014, the company obtained a full planning permission for the construction of two office buildings with services on the ground floor and a two-deck underground car park with systems, road infrastructure and site structures, at ul. Fordońska 2 in Bydgoszcz.

Certyfikat BREEAM Very Good for Arkada Business Park
Arkada Business Park, a Class A office building being developed by Arkada Holding group, has been awarded a BREEAM Interim – Design Stage certificate with a very good rating. It is the first office building in the Kujawsko – Pomorskie Province to have obtained this prestigious certification. As a result of the hard work and involvement of the entire team: the directors, the architect, the investments department and advisors, a new quality has been born in the Bydgoszcz office space market.
