Arkada Business Park, a Class A office building being developed by Arkada Holding group, has been awarded a BREEAM Interim – Design Stage certificate with a very good rating. It is the first office building in the Kujawsko – Pomorskie Province to have obtained this prestigious certification. As a result of the hard work and involvement of the entire team: the directors, the architect, the investments department and advisors, a new quality has been born in the Bydgoszcz office space market.
BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology) is an international method for non-domestic building assessment with regard to its nature-friendliness and user comfort in 10 categories: project and construction process management, user comfort, energy consumption, location and transport to and from the building, water and sewage management, materials used, waste management, pollution reduction and innovation. Buildings which are subjected to this multi-faceted assessment receive a certificate with a score based on the degree to which the requirements, deemed by BRE as important for the operation of the building in its environment, are fulfilled.
